Antique Engraved Heart Padlock Pendant

Measuring app. 7/8 (including bail) x 5/8 inch wide, with engraved ivy and scroll design, fashioned in 9k, suspended from a 16 inch, silver chain. Probably English, circa 1900. Indecipherable maker's mark.
